A clear guest journey
A guest scans a QR code on a table card or welcome display, opens the event's upload page and follows a short set of instructions. The couple receives a curated collection through the agreed gallery or delivery format.
Illustrative example, not a live wedding gallery: a guest submits a photograph of the speeches. It enters the review process, and an approved selection later appears in the couple's gallery. We agree whether uploads are private by default and who can approve or view them before the event.
Options for a couple or venue
A focused package could include the event upload page, QR artwork, guest instructions, upload guidance and a digital handover. Optional additions include a highlights film from approved footage, narration, a password-protected album or a physical album.
This complements the couple's professional photographer and videographer. Guest submissions depend on participation, lighting and recording quality, so we agree realistic editing expectations and the amount of material included.
What you provide
The event date, couple-approved wording, brand or colour preferences, the venue contact and decisions about sharing. For video work, provide the chosen photographs or clips, the preferred tone and confirmation that they can be used.
Agree who reviews the material, how any removal requests are handled and when uploads close. Storage duration, download arrangements and deletion responsibilities should be written into the project scope.
How delivery works
We agree the scope and event identity, prepare the guest journey, and test the QR code and upload process on the devices available. The couple or venue checks the instructions before anything is printed.
After the event, the agreed material is reviewed and edited. The package defines the selection process, revision allowance, delivery date and final formats. A venue can offer this to couples as an optional service, with responsibilities and pricing agreed between the parties.
How to judge whether it worked
Look at guest participation, successful uploads, the amount of useful material and the couple's experience. For a venue, also measure the staff time required and whether couples choose the service. The best first project is one event with a clear brief.
